'Boo' killed in early morning gun attack in Spanish Town

Sections of the Corletts Road community in Spanish Town, St Catherine, remains tense following the killing of a resident by unknown assailants this morning.

Dead is Alphonso Samuels McDonlad otherwise called 'Boo', a 60-year-old of the area.

Reports are that Mcdonald are that about 5:30 a.m., exlposions were heard in the community.

Checks made found the McDonald was injured.

Cops were summoned and found him clad in a red t-shirt and camouflage pants, black socks, black slippers and lying facedown with what appeared to be gunshot wounds to the head.

No motive has been established for the deadly attack.

McDonald was assisted to the Spanish Town Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch in conducting a probe in the matter.
